M.O.L.E. PROGRAM 

The M.O.L.E. program is a temperature-sensing device that can be used in ovens, freezers, proofers or coolers to inform you if there are any temperature inconsistencies. The program gives temperature readings in 5 second to 1 minute intervals, via computer, and generates a graphical print-out to illustrate the readings. Please review the following sample.
