Our
M.O.L.E. Program uses an electronic temperature
recording device that will detect and record the heat profiles of ovens,
proofers/proof boxes, coolers and freezers, enabling our engineers to identify
efficiency and quality issues and work with the plant in correcting these areas
of concern.
